Gregg Glaser, based in Wilton, CT, has written and spoken about beer, wine, spirits and food since 1994. Magazine, Newspaper & Corporate Writing Gregg is the News Editor for All About Beer Magazine, a Columnist and Contributing Editor for Beverage Media and Modern Brewery Age, a Syndicated Beverage Writer for Tribune Media Services and the Editor-in-Chief for Yankee Brew News . He also contributes articles to other magazines and newspapers and takes on corporate writing assignments. Public Speaking & Tastings As a public speaker, Gregg has presented talks to museums, libraries and civic organizations. He also regularly conducts beer tastings and beer dinners, working with chefs to prepare the menu. TV & Radio Gregg has appeared as a Special Correspondent for The Exchange, a daily TV talk show produced by Cablevision of Connecticut, Side Dish, a syndicated weekly radio show that covers food and drink and The Swasey Show on FNX Radio (Boston, MA). Consulting As a consultant, Gregg has worked with breweries, importers, wholesalers and restaurants. Festival Management Gregg is the Competition Director for the Great International Beer Competition, held annually in Providence, RI. This is the largest professional beer competition on the East Coast. Beer Cruises Gregg is a "Beer Cruise Director" on All About Beer Magazine's annual New England/Canada Fall Foliage Beer Cruise. Miscellany Gregg is a nationally-ranked beer judge with the Beer Judge Certification Program and has received Gold Medals for feature writing from the North American Guild of Beer Writers. He travels extensively around the world each year as a reporter. He's covered stories in North America, Europe, Africa and Asia. His education was in journalism, TV & radio production and theater.
